Higgins Appraisal Associates was founded in 1979 by Walter Higgins with the intention of providing quality appraisals of both commercial and residential properties to clients in Ocean County and Monmouth County. Over the past 35 years, we have estimated the values of everything from 400sq ft. beach bungalows to marinas with 200+ boatslips, nightclubs, and everything inbetween.

In 2001, Rich Higgins joined the team at Higgins Appraisal Associates. In the 13 years since joining, he has gained much needed knowledge of the residential real estate industry in Ocean County and Monmouth County Areas. Rich specializes in waterfront properties on Long Beach Island and the entire Jersey Shore.
